  • Standard Shipping:
    Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States. Shipping costs for standard delivery will be calculated during checkout based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping that typically delivers within 2-3 business days. The cost for expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. The cost for international shipping will be calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.


2. Order Processing

  • Order Fulfillment:
    Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirming your order and once it is shipped, you will receive tracking information.

  • Processing Times:
    Processing times are typically 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available, and the estimated ship date will be provided when placing the order.


3. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, BLUESORA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you and assist in tracking your order.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes:
    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid street address for your shipping details.

  • Multiple Shipping Addresses:
    If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, BLUESORA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please note, we will assist you in tracking your order if needed.


6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the package.
